White Bumps On Chest

I have all these little white bumps on my chest (not itchy or painful)- I sometimes get chest acne besides this. I've tried benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin, and salicylic acid. I also White spots on the skin: Possible causes and treatments I have these white raised bumps on my chest, tried extracting them with needle, white puss comes out.
